An Isolated, Beautiful Place with Good Waves

As a native of Los Angeles, whenever I travel I try to get away from big cities, traffic and crowds. This is getting increasingly harder to do, because more and more remote places are getting developed, and it is harder still to avoid crowds of fellow tourists. Sometimes I’ll just pick a place to go to solely based on its apparent isolation on a map. I also like to surf, so and isolated, beautiful place with good waves is as ideal as it gets for me.
