Bread Pudding

For me there’s no more satisfying dessert than a warm bread pudding drenched in vanilla sauce. To me it’s more fulfilling than even the most decadent chocolate cake or richest cheesecake. And it’s my stand-by comfort food when I need a good cheering up. Here’s to bread pudding, the unheralded dessert that should be on more restaurant menus!
